Common Queries

You Asked, We Answered

Looking for general info about the way we do business? Check out our list of frequently asked questions below for some quick answers. If you can’t find the answer, do get in touch using the contact provided or filling in a support form.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay hard cash on delivery (Suva customers only) or use digital mobile wallet payment platforms like Vodafone M-Paisa or Digicel MyCash app. We also accept online bank transfers, PayPal checkouts and company cheques. You can opt for lay-by or hire purchase if you need to spread out payments - only applicable on eligible items, subject to payslip, ID check and agreement signing.

All prices displayed on the site are by default in FJD. You can use the currency converter list on the top right corner to change the price display format to other commonly used currencies as you browse the online store.

What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted if the product is tested to be faulty within 30 calendar days from date of purchase, after which a similar replacement unit or full refund may be issued. You must also ensure to keep the item in the best condition possible. Returns can be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or mistaken purchase but will incur a 10% restocking fee, meaning you get a 90% refund. Keep in mind that you will already likely have warranty protection during the first 30 days of purchase, so a free repair or replacement will be done for you anyway, should you run into any issues - we have never had to perform a replacement under warranty in our experience thus far.

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes. Free home or office delivery can be requested if you happen to live within the Suva-Nausori corridor. If you live outside of Suva, then an EMS courier delivery can be arranged for which you will have to pay the required fee and that is usually a small amount ranging from $25-$40, depending on the type of packaging needed. Note that full payment will be required in advance before an item is shipped out.

Note that free home and office delivery is a premium value-added service that costs real money to maintain, and thus only applies when you pay the listed price. If you happen to negotiate down the price on any item, then you might have to come pick it up in person.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, but the length of time mainly depends on the type of item, condition assessment, supply source and supplier terms and of course the final price paid on the item.

Refurbished, ex-leased and second hand items usually come with a minimum 90 days or 3 months warranty, sometimes up to 6 months or beyond. New or open box items will usually carry a minimum 180 days or 6 months warranty, sometimes up to 1 year or beyond and this will be written on your invoice and mentioned on the respective product page. However, final warranty coverage may be subject to change based on what both parties agree upon.

Remember that retail warranty policies only apply against any unforeseen manufacturing defect from the factory and you are not covered in case of any physical, liquid or electrical damage caused by customer negligence and mishandling. That said, we will be around to provide repair services if in case any problem arises.

Did you know that none of our products sold have ever broken down or died in the hands of a customer? We have received zero warranty claims so far being in business since 2022. Genuine quality speaks for itself.

What if I want to pre-order something?

You're welcome to place a special / custom order for anything you want and if we are able provide it, you'll then be advised about the estimated price and shipping time.

A minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm a pre-order. Just fill out the Special Order Form (from the pages menu on top) and we'll get back to you with more details. Also be sure to pick up your order within 7 calendar days upon arrival, otherwise a $2 per day storage holding fee may be charged to your invoice.

Can I test items before paying?

You will always be allowed to test any unsealed / open box item before paying. Open box, refurbished, ex-leased and second hand items always go through an initial test upon arrival and then a final test before delivery to the customer, so you can rest assured that it works reliably.
